You must enter the Login and Password exactly as they are printed on the letter you received:
- The Password is case sensitive. Capital letters and lower case letters are different to the system.
- Also, if a space is indicated in your Login, you must leave the space when you enter your Login. (The login name is the first 5 characters from your last name + the first 3 characters from your first name + a 3 digit number).
If you've lost your Login or Password, please call or e-mail your child's guidance counselor. To maintain confidentiality, the counselor cannot provide this information over the phone or via e-mail. It must be mailed to the home address given at registration. Such requests will be complied with in a timely manner, but due to the demands on counselor's time, please expect the information no sooner than 7-14 days after the request has been made.
